"I have been working out at Fitness Xpress Studios for almost two years now and WOW
what a difference! I have worked out religiously since I was in college (a long time ago!) and quite frankly bored.
Plus being a working wife and mother, I didn't have time for long workouts. At Fitness Xpress Studios I am able to
work out twice a week on my lunch hour and have also started the ab classes on Saturday. At 20 minutes a session
you can't beat it-you get better results than sweating in a gym for an hour! Plus you get the personalized
attention of a trainer who designs a plan based on your goals. And Rick is fabulous! My husband and I went to
Jamaica this past fall for my 50th birthday, with my goal to look great in a bikini and I did. Never thought I
would say that but ask my husband! He loves it!"

They carried many negative qualities such as: long contracts, irregular use, lack of motivation and no
